Number of guests
The apartment can accommodate only the number of guests indicated on the booking confirmation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Visits are only possible by prior arrangement with the host.
General rules
• The apartments are intended for rest and relaxation, so you must maintain order and peace between 22:00 and 07:00 and be considerate of other guests and neighbours. If neighbours do not follow the rules, please let us know. In case of serious violations or disturbances after 22:00, please call the police (113).
• We kindly ask you to close the main entrance door when leaving the apartments.
• Pets are allowed, but only with prior notice. Extra charge according to current price list.
• The apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival; therefore, we kindly ask you to use slippers (bring them with you).
• The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, on your disposal. The apartments are equipped with toilet paper, soap and garbage bags.
• We kindly ask you to be ecologically, eco-friendly and do not leave taps open unnecessarily and do not throw away towels after first use and collect waste separately, as we at Ježek Apartments are committed to a better tomorrow for our planet.
• Separate bins for rubbish are located in the village.
• Tap water is drinkable.
• Parking spaces are located in front of the building. Parking is free and is at your own risk.
• Fire notices are displayed in the apartments together with the emergency escape notices. Find the location of the fire extinguisher. In the event of fire, follow the fire regulations and use it according to the instructions.Heating
• Heating is turned on when guests arrive. To be environmentally friendly, please make sure that the heating is set at a suitable temperature and that no unnecessary ventilation or hot water is used.
• To switch on the heating, check that the air conditioning is on, and green light is on AC. For heating, set the function to , for cooling set to

on the remote control and red light turns on.
Fire safety rules
• The fire safety rules are posted in the apartments, along with emergency exit signs. Please ask for the location of the fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire, follow the fire safety instructions and use the fire safety instructions as instructed.
• If you notice a fire, call the fire brigade immediately on 112. In case of fire, leave the house as soon as possible. If the path is closed because of a fire, stay in the room, seal any gaps in the door with wet towels and draw attention to yourself when a window is open.
• Use fire extinguishers as instructed. Misuse of the extinguisher will incur a charge.
• Please take care when cooking. Always make sure you switch off the electrical panel/hobs before leaving the apartment.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable, explosive or odorous substances into the apartment.
Smoking and cleanliness
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at Apartments Ježek. It is only allowed on the balcony. Cigarettes should be put out in ashtrays and must not be thrown on the ground or in the nature.
• In case of smoking in the apartment, a deep cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be charged, as we strive to provide our guests with clean accommodation.
• In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 - depending on the damage caused.
Security
• For security reasons, guests are kindly requested to close the front doors of the apartments and not to leave them unlocked. Windows must be closed when leaving the apartment. Guests must ensure that personal belongings are stored safely. The host will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Guests should keep their apartment keys with them at all times.
• Loss of keys will be charged € 35.
Defects or damage
• Guests must immediately report any damage or injury that occurs during their stay to the host.
• If the damage is caused by the guest, the guest is responsible for paying for it in full.
• If the damage is discovered after the guest has left, the host will draw up a report, a copy of which, together with the invoice for the costs, will be forwarded to the guest, who will be obliged to pay for it.
Booking Policy
• Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email and voucher.
• To confirm your reservation, you must pay 30% of the reservation value. The rest of the payment must then be made up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation of a reservation
Guests have the right to cancel their reservation. If the guest cancels the reservation, the host is entitled to reimbursement of the cancellation costs (compensation), regardless of the reason for cancellation. The guest must inform the host in writing (by email) of the cancellation. If the cancellation is not in writing, the guest is deemed not to have cancelled the reservation.
The amount of the refund depends on the time during which the cancellation was made (applies only to reservations via the website or contact):
up to 30 days before the start of the stay: 15% of the reservation price;
from 29 to 15 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the reservation price
14 to 8 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the reservation price
from 7 days until the day of commencement of use: 100% of the reservation price.
If the guest decides to terminate his/her stay in the apartment early for reasons beyond the control of the provider (illness of the guest, change of travel, bad weather, etc.), the guest is not entitled to a refund of the rental costs or the purchase price and is obliged to pay the rental price for the entire period of the reservation. In the event of cancellation of the rental during the rental period due to force majeure, without any reason on the part of the provider, the guest shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or reduction in the rental price.
Failure to comply with house rules
If the host considers that the house rules have been broken, the guest must allow him/her to enter the apartment to check the situation. The host has the right, in the absence of the guest or under special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent any damage or danger. The host must report his/her entry into the apartment to the guest at the first subsequent contact.

By confirming your reservation, you confirm that you are aware of the house rules and that you agree to abide by them in full. In the event of a breach of the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's stay and charge the guest for the full cost of the accommodation, regardless of the shorter stay.
